UTRGV Dashboard – Terms of Service

1. Use of Platform

The UTRGV Dashboard is intended solely for authorized users. It may only be used for university-related planning, reporting, benchmarking, or similar professional or academic purposes as permitted by UTRGV or its designated administrators.

2. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its source code, interface, design components, and system architecture remain the intellectual property of Hasooby. By using the Platform, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it solely for its intended purpose.

Vermeulens retains full ownership of all proprietary methodologies, analytical processes, benchmarking formulas, and system formats integrated into or supported by the dashboard. These elements are confidential and may not be extracted, replicated, or redistributed without Vermeulens’ explicit written permission.

You may not:

• Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or distribute the underlying software
• Use the dashboard’s structure or visuals in any other tool or service
• Remove or obscure branding, copyright, or attribution notices

3. Platform Availability & Changes

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Platform but cannot guarantee uptime. The Platform may be updated, modified, or taken offline at any time for maintenance, improvements, or by request of UTRGV.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Use the Platform in a lawful and professional manner
• Avoid introducing malicious code or unauthorized integrations
• Report any system vulnerabilities or misuses to the dashboard administrator
• Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hasooby, Vermeulens and UTRGV disclaim all liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

6. Termination of Use

UTRGV and Vermeulens reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms or system misuse. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under this agreement will cease immediately.

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be modified at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to the latest version.

8. Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or feature ideas you provide through the Platform may be used by Hasooby, Vermeulens or UTRGV without obligation or compensation. You agree that all such input is non-confidential and non-proprietary.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UTRGV and Hasooby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
